We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

Returns are not accepted for any other reasons.

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Share a clear video of the damaged or defective product for verification.

3. After verification, we will issue a return authorization.

⚠️ Note: Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our website.


🔄 Exchange Process

To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product.

Contact us with your original order number, and we will process the return authorization for the previous item.


💰 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

Invalid Return Reasons

Change of mind after placing the order

Buyer no longer wants the product
